DescriptionThe following modifications need to be introduced to the development portal.

1) Link to the contact page http://dev.opencascade.org/index.php?q=home/about_us/contact should be available in the site footer (somewhere next to copyright and terms and conditions).
Contact us. might be the appropriate text.

2) If viewed in "hide pictures" mode, the site menu with "Home", "Get involved", etc. is completely unseen. I suggest adding some placeholders (with text) showing that there are actually menu items.

3) There is a typo in "Request new password" feedback message
This is an protected account, to change the password, please, contact website administrator through the Contact form.

It should be :
This is a protected account. To change the password, please, contact the website administrator through the Contact form.

Is there a file with such messages? I suggest that I check them.

2) Done (see more in 0022840),
3) Now this message is not displayed, instead, the user is prompted to recover the password via e-mail without administrative attention.
