The problem is that when you open dev.opencascade.com with browser configured not to load images, you cannot see the top menu (it is just empty). There should be some text - based alternative (like alt text in old HTML). The same applies to other images present on the pages.

The problem with menu was that if browser do not load images, text color is the same as the background color (white).
Now the menu is workable in any browser mode, also "alt=" attribute has been added where needed.

Please change alt text for:

- OCCT logo (left top of the page): to "Open CASCADE Technology"
- OCC logo (left bottom of the page): to "www.opencascade.com"
- OCCT logo (right to OCC one): to "www.opencascade.org"

Please check also height and width parameters of the img tags used to include images (e.g. OCC logo): it seems that only height is defined, and it does not always correspond to actual height of the image. This leads to misplacement of image rectangles if images are not loaded.

I've refactored it.
tested in: Chrome, IE, Opera, Firefox.
