Summary0022799: BrepMesh testing improvement
DescriptionDuring BrepMesh current state test session in scope of Students integration 2011 some problems were identified. Document with results is attached.
Test scripts which can be used in future BrepMesh test grid are located in \\SIMPLEX\Share\Scripts.
The main proposed improvement is to remove mpparallel and mpincmesh draw commands and modify the existing incmesh command to take IsParallel flag as third argument. If IsParallel is set, then meshing will be done in parallel mode.

Please provide more information in the report:
- version of OCCT used
- hardware and OS (at least, indicate clearly number of processors / cores)
- method to measure time (what operation is measured, what tool used, how many measurements are done for each point)
- please provide both elapsed and (process) CPU time measurements

Please double-check results on cases 5 and 15: being single-face, these models should be processed in the same way in both sequential and parallel modes, thus identical results should be expected!

Commands mpparallel and mpincmesh were not removed because they are necessary for testing Mesh factory.
incmesh command was improved to take into account is parallel flag.

Branch http://svn.nnov.opencascade.com/svn/occt/branches/OCC22867 is ready to be reviewed.
