Summary0026124: Visualization - eliminate code duplication in construction of Select3D_SensitiveEntities
DescriptionIt is necessary to remove code duplication caused by constructors with handle/non-handle point arrays as input parameter.

It is proposed to keep non-handle input arrays as the only API for creation of sensitive entities. Therefore, the construction of the following classes must be revised:
- Select3D_SensitiveCircle;
- Select3D_SensitiveCurve;
- Select3D_SensitiveFace;
- Select3D_SensitivePoly.
