Please remove external software (Java validator) from the patch. I suggest that validation should be considered as optional step, executed only if validation tool is available on the system where tests are executed. At the end, the goal of these tests is to check OCCT persistence in Xml format, and not validity of the XML schema used

 Remarks were applied.
Tests were tested on linux and windows platforms.
Validation by schema file will be able if variable CSF_ValidatorPath is defined.

Actual changes are located in branch CR23619_1.

No remarks, apart of the need to rebase on master, and assuming that tests pass well on machine where Java validator is not available (I have not checked this). Please test
