Qhp files don't compile because Doxygen 1.8.2 has bug.
bug issue on doxygen's bugtracker:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=681825

i'm downloaded previous version of doxygen (1.8.1.2) and qhp file was compiled correctly.
