Summary	0022525: Improvement of Extrema
Description	This improvement makes it possible to not reinitialize Extrema_GenExtPS after algorithm is changed. Now grid for gradient descent is cached and built when Perform() is called.
Steps To Reproduce	Bug can be closed. Patch is obsolete. Its ideas have been implemented in subsequent versions of Extrema_GenExtPS
