Summary0012782: Redundant directories and files in Products and ros
DescriptionThe src subdirectory of the Products workbench contains several subdirectories
which are not part of its sources. Moreover, some of them correspond to units in
ros, which makes serious confusion. This is error: the workbench directories
should not contain any extra files.

Please fix by removing these subdirectories:

- V4License: can be moved to Gallery (as package)
- Standard. Note that it contains obsolete versions of some files from ros.
- BopTools
- Adaptor3d

To avoid this kind of problems in the future, please use attached script to
check for possible redundant files in ros and Products regularly, as follows:

KAS:dev:ros> source /dn02/users_SUN/det/wokcheck.tcl
KAS:dev:ros> wbcheck_extra_files

Please note that this tool checks also inc, lib, and bin directories; thus it
has to be run for all of OCC reference workbenches (ros, rosdeb, Products, and
Products-deb, OS:OCC:rosmnt etc.) on all platforms.

By the moment, this check reveals ~ 175 redundant files in ros/rosdeb, and ~ 30 in
Products/deb; among them we can find such dinosaurs as libTKMoniFrame.so.

Let's delete these extra files, and keep our workbenches clean!

I have added updated version of the script, ported to work with WOK 6.7.0.1 (t least on Windows)
