Summary0022078: Moving QMchecktopo & QMtriarea from TKEMeshTest to TKTopTest
DescriptionQMtriarea and QMchecktopo commands need to be transferred from TKEMeshTest
(Products) to TKTopTest (ros) in order to have these checks not only for Express
Mesh but also for BRep Mesh. These commands perform advanced checks on
triangulation area and topology.

Test scripts (emh, msh) must be accordingly adjusted.

Improvements:
QMtriarea and QMchecktopo Draw commands are transferred from toolkit TKEMeshTest
to the toolkit TKTopTest. Thus they are available for both Express and BRep
meshes now.
Modified entities:
In the EMeshTest package:
 - former QMtriarea & QMchecktopo commands are removed.

In the QMShape package:
 - class QMShape_CheckTopology is transferred to MeshTest package (ros).

In the MeshTest package:
 - class MeshTest_CheckTopology is transferred from QMShape package (products).
 - triarea & checktopo commands are introduced in MeshTest_PluginCommands unit.
These commands are pure equivalents of QMtriarea & QMchecktopo (from EMeshTest
package).
