Summary0021122: Incremental mesh error
DescriptionIn current ros version the result of incremental mesh is incorrect. The shape
visualized in Shading mode has wrong shape.

Changes:
For this case the problem was caused by incorrect handling of edges (so
called "Frontiers") in Watson realization of constraints. The edge (constraint)
is inserted by identification of polygon path from start till end point.

Former realization closes the pas as soon as possible, while correct one should
finding path by maximal left rotation.

The next problem was removing outer triangles from constraints that can appear
after all the modifications.
