Summary0020098: Problems with # in string constants and improvement of fix natural bounds
Description1.steering.sat - Outer boundary is absent (4 holes on torus) are
given only. it is proposed to add natural boundaries to such faces.

2.238-1927.sat and AJ_171_022.sat - in those files there are lines
     like (integer_attrib-name_attrib-gen-attrib $-1 -1 $-1 $-1 $18
     keep keep_kept ignore copy @8 STEP Id# 5881 #" )which contain two
     fields in the form of number sign. According to the documentation,
     the # mark the end of the line and it is always preceded by a
     space ("The pound sign # terminates the entity data in the SAT
     file"). In OCC reader the SAT files are read before the first
     finding in a row that mark So this entity is recognized as two and
     we can not load these file.

Changes:
ACIS Reader fails in case if text fields contain # symbol. It is fixed now, the
separator is handled only if it is a sepatate field.
Handling of faces with lack of natural bound is implemented. If all the wires
we reversed we expect adding a naturan bound.
