Summary0018349: MeshVS mesh presentation builder optimisation
DescriptionIt is proposed to optimise MeshVS_MeshPrsBuilder (and other builder) to not
allocate memory in Array of primitives for hidden elements and to not iterate
on IDS of hidden elements.
Please analyse attached sources as an option for MeshVS optimisation.

Exclude hidden element IDs from iterations and from memory allocation during
mesh presentation creation.
Add default constructor for class MeshVS_TwoNodes
