Summary	0001773: Direction of normal to contour depends from types of curves composing of contour
Description	Direction of normal to contour obtained from method ShapeAnalysis_Curve::IsPlanar changes on opposite in dependance from types of curves composing of this contour. It is the case when all Lines from contour replace on Bezier. This bug was found out and fix was made during development for project V4CSG_STA.
