Summary0000161: BRepCheck says 'OK' on face with inverted wire
DescriptionThe face provided in attachment has single wire that is misoriented, i.e has
internal part outside. The checkshape command in DRAW should report that error
situation, while it does not.

Note that the supporting surface for that face is bspline, neither closed nor
periodic, therefore misoriented wire cannot be interpreted as 'infinite face'.
