Summary0007735: New toolkits for STEP
DescriptionAt present TKSTEP library becomes more and more giant. It includes 1548 objects
and has size more than 10M. It makes command line for linking to long for some
linkers. Building of TKSTEP on Solaris8 and on Linux (not in reference
workbenches) requires some hits. Therefore it is necessary to split TKSTEP on
few toolkits. There is a FIP for reorganization of TKSTEP library.

Changes:
Toolkit TKSTEP is divided on 4 toolkits (TKSTEPBase, TKSTEPAttr, TKSTEP209,
TKSTEP) in order to decrease of it's size.
