Changes:
BRepCheck_Analyzer algorithm was changed.
If SameParameter or SameRange flag of an edge is FALSE this edge is considered
as invalid now.
Presentations on surface of alone edges are not checked now. Such checking is
performed only if edges belong to faces.
See details in documentation.

DRAW command "checkshape" was changed. DRAW commands "checkbrep" and
"checktopshape" was removed.
See new syntax of "checkshape" command in documentation.
