DescriptionCan't install occt project on windows using cmake install target for static build for debug mode.
Steps To Reproduce configure and build cmake project of occt with provided flags and run install target:

Dear vtryputs

Please review CR33382

Installing process fixed. Now debug files installed into correct folder.
There is not possible to test this fix on our test system. Locally all work well.
