AIS_InteractiveContext::moveTo() - dropped code SelectMgr_AndOrFilter::SetDisabledObjects() as filtering is now done by selector itself. ViewAffinity property has been moved to PrsMgr_PresentableObject for simplicity. Removed redundant map Graphic3d_CView::HiddenObjects().
