Summary	0032710: Visualization, Prs3d_Drawer - getters for own aspects
Description	Prs3d_Drawer interface might be improved by direct getters to own aspects as alternative to getters handling own+linked aspects. Such methods might have an optional flag "theToCreate" which can be used to automatically create specific aspect if it hasn't been set before. This would allow simplifying code from "SetupOwnShadingAspect()+ShadingAspect()" to a single call "OwnShadingAspect(true)".
