Summary	0028167: Modeling Algorithms - Fillet has strange form at its end
Description	For the appended case, the fillet is created in a strange way at its end. It looks as if the radius decreased drastically. The behaviour is the same in OCCT 7.1.
Steps To Reproduce	pload ALL restore solid.brep s whatis s tolerance s checkshape s vinit explode s E vdisplay s_3 fillet r s 1 s_3 vdisplay r vsetdispmode r 1
