Summary	0028132: DRAW - Check commands should not raise exception (unless called with syntax error)
Description	DRAW commands should return normally in case of normal execution (errors should be reported to DRAW interpreter), and can raise Tcl exception (returning non-zero value) only if called with incorrect arguments. See https://dev.opencascade.org/doc/overview/html/occt_dev_guides__tests.html#testmanual_3_3 This is not followed by commands checknbshapes and checkmaxtol: they raise Tcl exception if input shape is null. The consequence is that some tests where this situation occurs have to use "TODO INCOMPPLETE" instead of normal error message.
