Summary0027616: DropSmallEdges doesn't remove small edges as expected
DescriptionPlease use the model DropSmallEdge.brep to reproduce the issue: there is an edge with length = 0.04031, and then try to remove the small edge with Tolerance = 0.05. The used library is ShapeProcess_OperLibrary and set the resource file "DropSmallEdges.Tolerance3d : 0.05"

The result is that the small edges is not removed.
