DescriptionIt is needed to handle degenerated edges of triangulation properly to smoothen isolines for some shapes (see the attachment Cone_isos.png: the upper 2 images show how usual isoline builder behaves for cones, the bottom 2 images show isoline built using on-triangulation builder).

I don't see the issue in this particular case - the behavior of on-triangulation isoline builder is correct. The not nice-looking triangles on cone is the problem of mesh builder, not isolines builder.
