Summary0024711: Get rid of projection shift - port mfc samples
DescriptionThe following OCCT sample projects and classes become outdated after resolving issue 0024413:
mfc/standard - Viewer3d, Convert, mfcsample.
mfc/occtdemo - Common/WNT/OCCDemoView.

There are compilation errors due to missing V3d_View::Center method. The properties, equivalent to the ones returned by the method should be computed instead from At, Eye properties of V3d_View. Behavior of V3d_View::SetCenter method is also changed and usage of the method should be revised.

The issue is duplicate of 0024720. Reported compilation errors in samples were fixed - I guess this issue should be closed.
