I could not reproduce the problem on the current master c2ae831 (though I have logs where it has been reproduced on the first run of VC 11 build, on master from 21.11.2012). Tried both Debug and Release mode, with 3rdparty tools built by vc11 and vc9. Please check on your side |

Please double-check paths to 3rdparty directories. In my environment (see attached custom.bat) it works as expected on a fresh binaries built this night on current master (82cbc512dffaa6bf4eb161f15188cf2b57e32491). Tried both interactive and logged run in all configurations (win32/64, Release/Debug). The only problem is that tests 3rdparty export fail in Debug mode due to using Release binaries of Gl2Ps (0023540). Note that I have used WOK (\\ASPEX\public\wokSetup6.6.0_alpha2_2012.12.6.exe) built yesterday from current Git branch CR23574 (based on current master, with some additional changes affecting interface of wgenproj) to generate VS projects.
