Summary	0023171: Got wrong result after stitching
Description	Load attached brep file, and try to stitch them into a shell using API BRepOffsetAPI_Sewing sewer(1.0e-6, Standard_True, Standard_True, Standard_True, Standard_False); but the result looks strange. OCC6.5.1 runs no problem for this sample. Thanks.
