Description	Extrema algorithm throws the exception for the case of two 3D curves.
Steps To Reproduce	Use the following commands to reproduce the problem: restore c1 restore c2 trim c1t c1 6.8444417666253693e-010 3.3201579728233819e-007 trim c2t c2 0.57529999999422077 0.99999999996162448 extrema c1t c2t ________ The result is (WNT): This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
