Summary	0020616: Failed to save/restore empty face
Description	Mail from RLN Empty face can be read back after it has been written. It seems that Write() does not write all available information (0 handle to the surface, tolerance, etc). If to add this info manually into the file, Read() works well. Note that empty edge (which also has 0 geometry) is correctly written and read.
