0024525: Draw Harness - axonometric view should use double-buffer
The shape can not be displayed on axonometric view.

1. The visualization is started
2. The view is cleared
3. The visualization is started again

The problem is still there, it is described in bug title, though effects can be achieved only by displaying large enough files (large enough for specific workstation, since problem occurs when hardware not fast enough to redraw view before next PAINT event) - axonometric view should use double-buffer.
