0022916: Use common prefix for macros in OCCT code
As suggested by Roman Lygin and Denis Barbier in 0022816, it would be nice to revise names of macros used in OCCT code so as to have common prefix, e.g. "OCCT_".

Just for clarification, this is important for macros defined in installed header files because they may conflict with names defined by another library; OTOH macros used only when building OCCT are internal and do not need an OCCT_ prefix.
