Hello blobfish,

thank you for reporting the problem.
Currently, hangup should be fixed by 0031144.

However, incmesh fails to generate mesh for the shape anyway, because of problem in ShapeAnalysis::OuterWire() -> ShapeAnalysis::IsOuterBound () which returns empty wire.

Issue will be moved to Shape Healing category for further processing.
